
Flex Pay
Landing Pages, BrandUplift, a BNPL platform for travel merchants, was acquired by Upgrade in 2023. The platform was rebranded to Flex Pay in 2024 and brought into the suite of Upgrade products. As part of this re-branding, I, along with the visual design team at Upgrade, collaborated closely with marketing and product stakeholders to create the new Flex Pay brand assets and digital marketing. This work included the logo design, brand guidelines, web design, social media designs, video production, and illustration.
My primary role was to create new Flex Pay product landing pages, social media assets, and illustrations and I contributed to the development of the Flex Pay brand and visual language. The Flex Pay brand incorporated photography as a primary component of the visual identity, contrasting with other Upgrade products which relied heavily on illustration. I worked with our visual design team to develop usage rules on photography that aligned with business goals and the aspirational nature of selling a travel-focused product.
